Die casting is a metallurgical process that produces metal alloy castings, including those in Zamak which is injected at high pressure into moulds in its molten form.
Our die casting department relies on die casting machines ranging from 25 to 120 tonnes. These allow us to obtain very fine walls and castings. Each press is equipped with modern electronic systems for controlling the die casting process in real time.
MECHANICAL PROCESSES
In the mechanical processing department we subject the castings to multiple treatments. There is machinery suitable for boring, piercing, threading, tapping, cutting and simultaneously removing residue from the die casting process.
FINISHING CASTINGS
After removing the castings from the riser, we finish them with procedures such as deburring, sandblasting and cleaning and polishing. Following this, the items can be subject to various types of finish, such as varnishing, galvanisation or chrome, nickel or zinc plating. These improve its technical performance and/or appearance.
ASSEMBLY
We assemble Zamak die cast components with parts made using the same technology or with different materials.
