The types off personal data used for each purpose are indicated in the specific sections of this document.
The IT systems and software required for this website to function will, during their usual course of operation, gather personal data. The transmission of those data is required for the use of internet communication protocols. Those data are not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but, by their very nature and through the processing and association of them with data obtained by third parties, they may allow users to be identified. Access log data with IP addresses are stored on the host server for six months. Web server log data may be used where required by law, to trace those responsible for harm to the site in the event of hypothetical cyber crime. The site’s host systems are protected by a firewall system and are backed up to guarantee proper storage and access. Google Analytics Tracking codes are installed on the site. The data are recorded by the Google Analytics service and are stored on Google’s server for a standard period of 26 months.

Pursuant to that same article, at any time users have the right to ask for their data to be erased or anonymised or to prevent them being processed in the event of a breach of the law, as well as to object, for legitimate reasons, to their being processed.
