Advantages and benefits of using Zinc alloys<\/p><\/div>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Zamak or zinc alloy owes its name to the elements it contains. It is a combination of zinc (Zn) with a low aluminium (Al), magnesium (Ma) and copper (K) content. Its ease-of-use, fast production cycle and low casting temperature (400-500\u00b0C) makes Zamak preferable to so many other materials in numerous sectors, from car manufacturing to electrical appliances and fashion.<\/p>\n

Although Zamak is commonly identified as a zinc alloy, it is important to clarify that it comes in several variations. There are three types used for die casting. They are distinguished by their higher or lower copper content. Copper affects the hardness and resistance of Zamak:<\/p>\n

        In addition to the cast planning department and zinc foundry, New Nev has an area devoted to mechanical processing and deburring and a department for component assembly. To finalise the manufacturing process, there is a mould warehouse<\/strong> which stores thousands of existing moulds, ready for use, and an internal lab for testing the quality of castings.<\/p>\n
