New Nev is a leading company in the Zamak die casting sector<\/strong>, manufacturing items we design, as well as for third parties. We decided over 20 years ago to specialise in planning, designing, manufacturing and finishing zinc alloy items. Our decision lay in the main technical features of this material. Compared to plastic, wood, aluminium and other alloys, Zamak is ductile, corrosion-resistant, hard and incredibly versatile<\/strong>. Die cast Zamak parts are used widely in many sectors to finish off machinery, tools and every day objects, whether for mechanical uses or in the most contemporary designer products.<\/p>\n

In response to market demands, over the years New Nev has combined all the tradition of the authentic Made in Italy merchandising mark with innovative technologies. This allows us to offer our clients not just Zamak castings of excellent quality<\/strong> but also a superb planning and prototyping service.<\/p>\n

In addition to the cast planning department and zinc foundry, New Nev has an area devoted to mechanical processing and deburring and a department for component assembly. To finalise the manufacturing process, there is a mould warehouse<\/strong> which stores thousands of existing moulds, ready for use, and an internal lab for testing the quality of castings.<\/p>\n

Our manufacturing quality is supported by a customer care service that is available from first quote through to after-sales care. Rapid and effective communication between New Nev\u2019s departments allows clients to liaise with a single contact for all the services they need.<\/p>\n
